This is an application for anticipatory bail. Charge against the petitioner is under Sections 143/325/326/427/448. On perusal of records, it appears the nature of injury is not very serious and offence has been taken place on 24th August, 2022 and FIR was lodged on 8th September, 2022 and the principal accused is on bail and incident allegedly occurred in presence of eye witnesses. Hence, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary. In the event of arrest, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must

be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioner no.1 shall meet the investigation officer once in a week until further order of this Court.

With this observation and direction, the application being CRM 868 of 2023 is disposed of.
