Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Municipality submits that the affidavit of compliance has been affirmed and advance copy of the same has been served upon the learned advocate representing the petitioners. The original, however, has not been placed before the Court.

The Municipality granted an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and passed a reasoned order in the matter.

Learned advocate for the petitioners admit passing of a reasoned order by the Municipality.

As it appears that the Municipality has already disposed of the matter by passing a reasoned order, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. 6.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the reasoned order if the petitioners are aggrieved by the same.

Let the original affidavit of compliance be filed in the Department in course of the day. 9.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
