These are revisional applications arise from an order dated 12th August, 2024 passed in Title Suit No. 29 of 2010 and Title Suit No. 30 of 2010.

Both suits are for eviction. Pursuant to directions of Court, the representatives of the plaintiff Mr. Harikishan Soni and Mr. Kishanlal are present in Court.

It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the disputes have been finally resolved and the matter has been amicably settled.

A photocopy of the Terms of Settlement duly signed by the parties dated 7th July, 2025 be kept with the records.

Liberty is granted to the parties to take formal steps in the respective title suit nos. 29 of 2010 and 30 of 2010 for recording the Terms of Settlement.

In view of the above, CO/192/2024 and CO/193/2024 stand dismissed.

The presence of the partners of the plaintiff is noted and dispensed with.
