Perused the case diary.

The statements of the eye-witnesses are strongly incriminating against the present petitioner.

Considering the seriousness and gravity of offence and also considering the incriminating materials against the present petitioner, we are not inclined to exercise discretion in his favour. As such, his prayer for bail is refused. The application for bail being CRM(DB) 446 of 2022, is accordingly, dismissed.
