2. We have considered the materials on record. Injury report shows grievous life threatening injury. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioners in the assault.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
