1. Petitioner was granted bail by the order dated December 16, 2025.
2. There is no adverse report as against the petitioner.
3. Apparently the petitioner and the victim are married.
4. In such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on December 16, 2025 is confirmed.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the
satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Special Court (POCSO), Siliguri, subject to the condition that he shall appear before the trial Court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses nor tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.
6. Let the instant application be made returnable after two months before the Circuit Bench for further consideration.
