1. Appeal is at the behest of the writ petitioner and directed against order dated November 18, 2025 passed in WPA 1654 of 2025 with CAN 1 of 2025.
2. By the impugned order, learned Single Judge, extended the time to file affidavits.
3. Learned advocate appearing for the appellants submits that, the appellants seek urgent demolition of an unauthorized construction. He refers to an earlier order passed. He submits that, the prayer for demolition of the unauthorized construction was not considered.
4. State is represented.
5. The writ petition in which, the interim order was passed is pending. Interim relief, which the appellant seeks before us will finally decide the writ petition.
6. By the impugned order, learned Single Judge extended the time to file affidavits.
7. The impugned order did not decide any rights of any of the parties for an appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent Act, 1865 to be maintainable.
8. In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present appeal.
9. MAT/97/2025 along with the connected application are accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
