3. Approximately 22 grms Ganja was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners which are commercial quantity of contraband under the NDPS Act, 1985.

4. Consequently, petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

6. CRM (NDPS) 485 of 2025 is dismissed.
