Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including statement of the minor victim. From her statement it appears there was dispute between the petitioner and the victim's family members. Petitioner had abused the victim on a number of occasions.

Keeping in mind the nature of accusation we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary and he may be granted anticipatory bail. 4.
Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the
BNSS 2023 and on further condition that the petitioner while on bail shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders.

Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. 6.
The application being CRM (A) 919 of 2024 is disposed of.
