In view of the seriousness of the allegations and the fact that a quantity of more than hundred (100) bottles of Codeine cough syrup was seized from the exclusive possession of the petitioner and in view of the provisions of section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
CRM(NDPS) 538 of 2024 stands dismissed.
