Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit-of-service. Let the same be kept with the record.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor no.1 submits that he has complied with the order dated 7th September, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contemnor no. 1 being the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Jalpaiguri has considered the case of the petitioner and approved the case of the petitioner for transfer but the transfer order has not been issued by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and as such, the petitioner submits that the direction issued by this Court upon the District Inspector of Schools

(S.E.), Jalpaiguri has complied with and nothing remains in the contempt application.

The contempt application is disposed of.

However, it is made clear that if the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education will not take appropriate steps for issuing an appropriate order of transfer, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The contempt application being CPAN 73 of 2022 is disposed of.
