Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the FIR the name of the petitioner was as Bishakha Sarkar and, therefore, the petition was moved in the name of Bishakha Sarkar wife of late Krishna Kanta Sarkar.

Learned counsel submits that while admitting the petitioner to bail the co-ordinate Bench of this court also mentioned the name as Bishakha Sarkar. However, correct name of the petitioner is Bishakha Rani Mondal @ Sarkar Bishakharani.

Learned counsel submits that due to discrepancy in the name the petitioner is not being released despite order dated 16th September, 2025.

Learned counsel for the State has filed a report. Let it be taken on record. Learned counsel for the state has fairly

submitted as per report of Panchyet Bishakha Rani Mondal @ Sarkar Bishakharani are the one and the same person. Let the order dated 16th September, 2025 be corrected. In the cause title it be written as Bishakha Sarkar @ Bishakha Rani Mondal @ Sarkar Bishakharani. Similarly in fifth paragraph also it be mentioned as Bishakha Sarkar @ Bishakha Rani Mondal @ Sarkar Bishakharani.
