1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed the contempt application on the allegation that the alleged contemnor has not complied with the order passed by this Court in WPA 1504 of 2022 but after filing of the present contempt application, the alleged contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, CPAN 74 of 2022 is disposed of.
