This revisional application has been filed assailing the judgement passed by learned Sessions Judge, Kalimpong whereby learned Judge affirmed the order of the Sub-Divisional Forest Officer, Kalimpong passed on 08/09/2021 regarding confiscation of the vehicle. From the record it appears that copy of the judgement has not been annexed herewith this revisional application. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only to be paid to the Legal Services Committee, District- Kalimpong within 7 days from date. This revisional application is disposed of with a liberty to file afresh.
