We are of the view that prima facie there are incriminating materials against the present petitioner.

In light of the above facts, we are not inclined to exercise discretion in his favour. As such, his prayer for bail is refused. The application for bail being CRM(DB) 448 of 2022, is accordingly, dismissed.
