The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the police authorities.

Records reveal that the police authorities registered an FIR, arrested the accused and also concluded the investigation. The charge-sheet was accordingly filed.

Under such circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the charge-sheet or the sections incorporated in the charge-sheet, the remedy of the petitioner would be before the appropriate forum.

The report is taken on record.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
