Review is sought of the order dated November 11, 2022 on the ground that one Arup Roy, who had applied for general transfer on 20th June, 2022, secured 16 points and was placed above the writ petitioner in rank for the choice of Matigara Harasundar High School, Siliguri.

This fact could not be, bona fide, brought to the notice of this Court on the 11th of November, 2022. It appears from the records that the recommendation of the petitioner was in February,

2022 i.e. much before the actual application of Arup Roy on 20th June, 2022.

In view of the aforesaid, the question of review of the order dated November 11, 2022 cannot and does not arise. This Court expects that the orders of transfer to the Matigara Harasundar High School, Siliguri, should be issued in favour of the petitioner within next 72 hours.

The review application shall stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
