Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case and the petitioner is innocent of the charges. It has been additionally submitted that because of inimical relationship between the parents of the petitioner the present case was initiated by the father of the victim.

Learned advocate for the State has drawn the attention of the Court to the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. as well as the medical report.

Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant also opposes the prayer for bail.

I have taken into account the subject matter of the case which is not only involves the accusations under the POCSO Act but was also under the relevant provisions of Prohibitions of Child Marriage Act. Having considered the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting the relief prayed for. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 880 of 2025 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
