Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This is an application for bail. Charge against the petitioner is under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the petitioner is in the midst of the trial and according to the learned Advocate representing the State five witnesses have already been examined. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties we are not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this case and accordingly this application being CRM(DB) 627 of 2023 is rejected with a direction upon the learned Sessions Judge concerned to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within four months. In case of failure to conclude the trial, petitioner will be at liberty to make fresh appropriate application before this court.
