Mr. Sudip Guha ......for the Petitioner.

Mr. Nilay Chakraborty, Ld. APP Mr. Bhaskar Das.

......for the State.

Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that investigation has already been concluded, as such the custodial detention of the petitioner may not be warranted. Petitioner also submits that there was a relationship between the petitioner and the deceased consequent to which there was a dispute for which the victim committed suicide. Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary as well as the dying declaration.

I have considered the merits of the case and the gravity of the offence and having regard to the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting the relief as prayed for. As such the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is dismissed.

Accordingly, CRM (A) 883 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
