1. The petitioner has made an incorrect statement. The learned advocate for the petitioner sought to rectify the same by furnishing the earlier order of rejection.

2. However, the incorrect statement has been made on oath. Thus the application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh with better particulars on the self-same cause of action. Liberty to take back the certified copy of the order, upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.
