The petitioner in CRM (A) 887 of 2025 seeks waiver of bail condition imposed upon him directing him to meet the Investigating officer once a week until further orders.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 71 year old man and is suffering from neurological ailments. His physical condition is far from sufficient to appear before the Investigating officer.

Learned counsel for the State submits that nothing adverse has been reported against the petitioner.

In view of the above, the bail condition imposed upon the petitioner to meet the Investigating officer once a week is waived. CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
