The instant application was filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused seeking quashing of the criminal proceedings in connection with Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No. 745 of 2021.

The petitioner has not been taken any steps and has not been appearing before this Court after filing the instant revisional application.

In such circumstances, the instant revisional application being C.R.R. 275 of 2023 is hereby dismissed without any order as to costs.
