Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that allegedly there were recoveries of 25 bottles of phensedyl and the investigation of the case has already been concluded, as such, on any stringent conditions, the petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on 17th December, 2025 date has been fixed for consideration of charges.

In view of the present stage of the case, I direct the learned special court to ensure that the stage of consideration of charges are overcome on 17th December, 2025 or by 22nd December,

2025. Petitioner will be released on bail after the charges are framed by the learned trial court on such terms and conditions as the learned trial court deems fit and proper for ensuring the appearance of the present petitioner.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 504 of 2025 is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
