Let the name 'Swapana Naik' appearing in the causetitle of the said order be deleted and be replaced by the name 'Swapna Naik', other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to carry out the correction in the aforesaid order to the extent as indicated above, similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
