It appears from the said complaint that pursuant to the filing of the writ petitioner, the appropriate police authorities have initiated a specific case being Dinhata Police Station Case No. 426 of 2024 dated 24.07.2024. In view of the above, there is no further order that can be passed in this writ petition.
