The petitioners seek direction for consideration of their candidature in the vacant seats in MBBS course, 2022. Application was filed by the petitioners in December 2022 seeking consideration.

Learned advocate representing North Bengal Medical College and Hospital submits, upon instruction that, there is no vacancy in the said medial college in the course of MBBS for the session 2022.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant writ petition.
