The petitioner is complaining inaction on the part of the Police authorities in respect of his complaint with the Siliguri Police Station against the respondent no. 5. Mr. Saha, learned Advocate for the State respondents files a report wherefrom it appears that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner a specific case being Siliguri P.S. Case No.1103/22 dated 29.11.2022 under Sections 341/379/426/506 of the Indian Penal Code has been started against respondent no. 5. The said report be kept with the record.

The aforesaid report discloses that the grievance of the petitioner has been well addressed as such no further order need be passed in this matter.

With the above WPA 3364 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
