The petitioner is in custody for more than 100 days and prays for bail primarily on the ground that grounds of arrest have not been communicated to her.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

It appears that grounds of arrest have been communicated to the petitioner at the time of her arrest both in Hindi and Bengali language. The petitioner has put her signature therein in English.

Contraband substance of commercial quantity has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the statutory restriction laid down under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application being CRM 528 of 2025 is disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
