The prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous and as such service of copy of revisional application and the notice upon the opposite party are dispensed with. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the prayer is innocuous and if the application is allowed in terms of prayer made in this application, neither party will have any cause to prejudice, the prayer made by the petitioner is allowed. The Court below is directed to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of the matrimonial suit being Mat. Suit No. 584 of 2022 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and the Court below will make best endeavour to conclude the final hearing of the said matrimonial suit preferably within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of communication of this order.
The revisional application, being C.O. 139 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
