The matter relates to proceeding under Sectio138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The original proceeding under Section 138 of the N.I. Act has also been disposed of by order dated June 28, 2024.

In such circumstances, CRR 294 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.
