Report dated 13.06.2025 submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The said report reflects that on 03.10.2024 proclamation for appearance was issued against the petitioners and on 28.10.2024, the process of proclamation was completed. Subsequently on 25.11.2024, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri committed the case being Kotwali P.S. Case No. 377 of 2024 dated 30.05.2024 before the learned Sessions Judge, Jalpaiguri.

Petitioners approached this Court challenging the orders dated 08.08.2024 and 03.10.2024. Since the order dated 03.10.2024 has already been executed, I am of the view that the present revisional application is not maintainable. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 452 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
