Mr. Rahman, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor submits that in terms of the order, willful violation of which has been complained of, the date of hearing for redressal of the grievance has already been fixed on December 12, 2024.

Learned advocate for the applicant though complains that such date has not been intimated to his client; but since it has now come to the knowledge of the applicant, he is directed to participate in the said hearing on the said date. CPAN 75 of 2024 is thus disposed of.
