And In the matter of: Nikhil Das (Roybir) @ Nikhil Chandra Roybir and others .... petitioners Mr. Alok Sah ... for the petitioners Mr. Nilay Chakraborty ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have been arrested and released on bail in the interregnum. As such, the petitioners do not want to proceed with the present application for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 748 of 2022 is dismissed for nonprosecution.
