Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of the principal accused and has no nexus with the recovery of contraband from the house occupied by her husband and herself.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

Contraband substance of commercial quantity has been recovered from the house where the petitioner and her husband ordinarily reside. Grounds of arrest have been communicated to the petitioner at the time of her arrest. In

view of the statutory restriction laid down under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application being CRM 532 of 2025 is disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
