The accused person preferred a criminal revision which is pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Siliguri. Service is yet to be completed. It appears that the petitioner before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, who happens to be the opposite party no. 1 before this Court has not served notice upon the Sate and 21.01.2023 is fixed for S.R. and A.D.
The opposite party no. 2 happens to be the State. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 1 undertakes to serve copy of the petition upon the State by 11.1.2023 by hand.
Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Siliguri is requested to expedite the hearing if any attempt is made on the part of the petitioner before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge,
