It is further submitted there was a love affair between the parties.
Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner was a married person. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner cohabited with the victim on the false promise of marriage. He suppressed his earlier marriage. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
