The petitioners are in custody for more than 200 days and pray for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

It appears that grounds of arrest have been communicated to both the petitioners in the vernacular language. Contraband article of commercial quantity has been recovered from a vehicle in which the petitioners were found.

In view of the statutory restriction laid down under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application being CRM 539 of 2025 is disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
