I have taken into account the contents of the said document along with the accompanied statement and I am of the view that so far as the merit of the case is concerned, the
custodial detention of the present petitioners is not at all required. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.
In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- each, with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioners shall also make themselves available as and when called for by the Investigating Officer and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district concerned without prior permission of the Investigating Officer of the case.
