The petitioners pray for admission in the undisclosed vacant seats in State Quota and All India Quota in MBBS course 2023.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench and an application for contempt is also pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench.

It appears that we are in the end of January 2024 and the prayer of the petitioners made in the instant writ petition for being admitted in the course for the academic year 2023 cannot be allowed at this stage. The instant writ petition appears to have become infructuous due to efflux of time.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
