Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners were by-standers who have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. On the other hand learned advocate for the State has referred to the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS of the injured victim who suffered nine stitches after being assaulted along with other injuries.

The statement of the injured specifically names these two petitioners along with others.

Having considered the nature of injuries inflicted and the name of the petitioners transpiring in the statement of the injured, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting the relief as prayed for by the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Consequently, CRM (A) 921 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
