The petitioner no.3 appears in person and makes submission on behalf of herself and on behalf of her parents being petitioner nos.1 & 2.

The petitioner prays for quashing of FIR No. 544 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022.

After the matter is heard for quite some time, the petitioner submits that she intends not to proceed with the present writ petition any further but seeks leave to file appropriate application before the competent forum for relief.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the competent forum for relief, if so advised.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
