And In the matter of: Litan Mia .... petitioner Mr. Hillol Saha Podder ... for the petitioner Mr. Ujjwal Luksom ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner, in the interregnum, had been arrested and was released on bail. As such, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the present application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, CRM (A) 763 of 2022 is dismissed for nonprosecution. It is made clear that the merits of the contentions have not been gone into by this Court.
