Learned advocates for the petitioners are present. The petition is filed for a direction upon the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court Jalpaiguri for expeditiously disposal of Title Suit No. 508 of 2022.

It is the contention of the petitioners/defendants that pursuant to the direction for amendment by the Learned Trial Court, the said amendment was not carried out by the plaintiff and on every dates adjournment has been sought for and the defendant is suffering for the delay in the disposal of the suit. In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the application pending and directing service of notice. Thus, the application is disposed of with a request upon the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Jalpaiguri to dispose of the Title Suit No. 508 of 2022 expeditiously and preferably

within a period of 9 months from next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment. (Biswaroop Chowdhury J.)
