Heard the learned counsels for the applicant and the alleged contemnor.

It appears that the Commissioner of the School Education convened a hearing in the Directorate to examine the records in connection with the matter. Thereafter, a communication in the form of office memorandum was issued vide memo dated 22.01.2025 whereby the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), the District Inspector Schools (Primary Education), the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Cooch Behar and the Chair Person, Regional

School Service Commission (Northern Region) were requested to take in accordance with Government order dated 09.07.2009 for appointment of the petitioner in a suitable Group 'C' post for a secondary school. Therefore, it appears that alleged contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court. In view of the above, the contempt application is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
