1. The petitioner prays for bail.

2. It has been stressed that despite the submission of the learned advocate representing the State being recorded by the Court in its order dated 11th August, 2025 that the remaining witnesses will be examined on the next date of hearing but in fact, none of the witnesses were produced for examination.

3. It appears that the prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 11th August, 2025. It does not appear that there has been any change in circumstances for reconsidering the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

4. On perusal of the documents annexed to the bail petition and considering the seriousness of

the offence which has been alleged herein, the Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. The prosecution is directed to proceed with the examination of the other witnesses and ensure that the witness examination is concluded at the earliest.

6. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
