1. The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail on the ground that the investigation is complete and some of the sections levelled against the petitioner, are not applicable. It is submitted that he is an employee of a non-banking financial institution and Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code cannot be invoked against him.

2. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer.

3. We have considered the case diary and the statements of the customers. Considering such documents, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected as possibility of filing a supplementary charge-sheet cannot be ruled out.

4. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 954 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
