The only grievance of the petitioner is for a direction on the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Tufanganj, West Bengal to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 10th November, 2022. The said representation has also been made to other authorities.
The objection raised on behalf of the private respondents can very well be gone into by the concerned authority.
WPA 3419 of 2022 is accordingly allowed and disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 being the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer,
Tufanganj, to consider and dispose of the representation within a period of 10 weeks from today.
The concerned authority shall pass a reasoned order upon hearing all interested parties and a copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within an outer limit of 12 weeks from today.
