As directed by the order dated December 3, 2024, a report on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Jalpaiguri, the respondent no.5 herein dated, December 04, 2024, is filed; let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said report, the respondent no.5 has identified several schools where the post of Group-D staff is lying vacant; copy of the said report has been served upon Mr. Dhar, learned advocate on record for the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to meet the respondent no.5 to work out the follow-up steps for her transfer to any of the identified schools.

WPA 2560 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

No affidavit since has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
