1. Learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for bail on the ground of non-compliance of provisions of law. The petitioner is in custody for 73 days.

2. Learned advocate representing the State produces the case diary. The investigation is yet to be completed. The chemical examination report is awaited. He opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

3. Prima facie, we do not find any procedural irregularity. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.

4. The application for bail is disposed of.
